I was having another one of those anxious days, convinced everyone could smell me.
I bumped into Linda in the cosmetics aisle.
She's about 58, always so put-together and confident.
"Honey, you look like you're carrying the weight of the world," she said gently.
Something about her kind tone broke down my walls.
Before I knew it, I was quietly confessing my struggle with odor anxiety.
Linda listened with the most understanding look I'd ever seen.
"Sarah, I went through the exact same thing a few years ago. I know exactly how that feels... that panic when you think someone might smell you."
She explained how she'd tried every pad, every "odor-controlling" product on the market.
But nothing solved the real problem.
"But," she said with a smile, "I found something that actually works. Not pads, not diapers - something completely different that solved the odor problem entirely."
